On behalf of our staff and residents, I would like to welcome you to Cameron Woods! We are a 48-unit senior living apartment complex set in 14 scenic wooded acres that offers independent living coupled with an attractive package of amenities. We are not a nursing home but offer an all-inclusive, upscale alternative for seniors who want to continue living independently.

Our residents can leave the responsibilities of home maintenance (as well as cooking, cleaning and doing the dishes) behind while enjoying fellowship and a variety of activities in a beautiful setting. Cameron Woods boasts restaurant-style meals in our spacious dining room with smiling service that caters to each individual resident’s needs.

Our residents often compare us to a vacation resort with all we offer.  All meals, housekeeping, activities, scheduled transportation, maintenance, groundskeeping and utilities, along with 24/7 staff assistance, are included in the monthly rent. For those who may be rehabilitating from a recent illness or injury, or who would just like to spend a few days to try us out, we have furnished courtesy suites available to rent for short-term stays.

Cameron Woods is an unlicensed independent living facility, meaning we have no nursing staff on-site, and our residents must be able to live on their own or have a caregiver to assure their safety and well-being. Many of our current residents use family or home health caregivers to assist them when needed. We do offer some “daily living” assistance, including dressing, showers and additional housekeeping, for a level-of-care fee if needed.
