Frequently Asked Questions
What are the apartment floor plan options?
There are a variety of spacious floor plans including studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Do you have a waiting list program?
Yes, with our Wait List Program you can select the type of apartment you desire. The wait list is based on the date of your application. If you leave your current home before your preferred Cameron Woods apartment becomes available, we will work with you to provide an alternative apartment until your first choice becomes available. Now is the time to plan for your future.
When you are on the wait list, you will be called as apartments become available. If the timing is not right for you to make a move, you will still maintain your priority place on the list. Once we have had a tour with a potential resident and see if they are a good fit for the community, an application with $500 deposit is required, along with financial documentation. We require updated family contact lists, current medications, POA and updated medical information. The resident must secure their own private hard wired phone line with Frontier or Comcast to install our emergency button to that residents room. Once these items are completed, they are welcome to move in any time.
