Basic Living Package
The monthly rent at Cameron Woods
includes everything listed here. (Additional services are available upon request.)
- Private, individual apartment
- Pendant emergency call system
- Staff on duty 24 hours per day
- All utilities except the telephone
- Basic Cable TV
- Maintenance and repair of apartment and appliances
- Daily Continental Breakfast
- Restaurant-style lunch and dinner daily
- Housekeeping every other week
- Weekly laundering of bed linen and towels (We will strip your bed and remake it for you.)
- Free use of laundry facilities for clothing and personal items
- Lawn care, trash and snow removal
- Wellness services including; medication reminders, use of exercise equipment, weekly exercise programs, educational programs and weekly nurse consultations in the wellness center
- Full schedule of activities
- Use of a variety of common areas (library, spa, TV lounge, cafe, wellness center, resident kitchen, multipurpose room, screened porch, paved walking paths and fourteen beautiful wooded acres overlooking Center Lake)
- Weekly bus trips to local stores, banks, pharmacies, etc.
Living Plus Package
In addition to the Basic Living Package, this plan includes:
- Housekeeping weekly (as opposed to every other week)
- Cooked daily breakfast (as opposed to the continental breakfast)
- Daily bed making
- Laundering of clothing and personal items
Ala Carte and Miscellaneous Services
These are charged for individually and cost will vary according to the service and time required.

- Courtesy Suite
- On Site Special Event Catering for limited numbers
- Complete beauty and barber salon
- Bathing and personal care assistance
- Laundering of clothing and personal items
- Morning wake-up and evening tuck-in services
- Medication Set-up and a full range of home health care services including but not limited to: nursing assessments and consultations, medical social worker consultations, speech therapy, physical and occupational therapy.
- Some small pets that can be completely contained within your apartment may be allowed for a one time pet fee.
